The Send Order Link button is now Follow-Up. Pick one patient or a whole group (like walk-outs or patients due to reorder), choose a message template, and Otto sends each patient their own Order Link.
Every follow-up is tracked under Follow-Ups in the left menu, so you can see who clicked and who ordered.
Journeys send a series of follow-ups on schedule and stop as soon as your patient orders. Start from ready-made journeys for walk-outs, trial conversion, refills and exam recall, or build your own.
Smart Recall tailors each exam recall to the patient, with an upgrade or rebate when it fits and your standard reminder for everyone else.
Business Settings now has fields for your clinic's registered business name and tax ID: your EIN in the US, or your Business Number in Canada.
New clinics have them saved automatically during payment setup. If your clinic was already on Otto, take a minute to fill them in.
