Account types and additional users

Login To access Otto for the first time:

1. Go to app.ottooptics.io
2. Enter your email
3. Click "Forgot Password" to set your password and activate your account

There is no temporary password — new users must use "Forgot Password" to get started.

Adding New Users If you would like additional user accounts created, send us the following:

• First & Last Name of user OR Role / department

• Email address

• Location(s) needed (if multiple)

• Access level: Super Admin or Office Staff

Multiple staff can share the Staff Login for the same location.

⚠️ Multi-Location Warning: Do not share logins between locations.

Otto is web-based. If two staff members are signed in with the same credentials, one person switching locations affects the other in real-time — causing order errors and mix-ups.

The right setup:

• Each location → its own dedicated Staff (Office Admin) login
• Anyone who needs access to multiple locations → their own Super Administrator login

Only Super Administrators can switch between locations.
