Updated February 24, 2026 Step-by-step walkthrough
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click “Patients” in the left-hand sidebar.
- Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for the patient by name.
- Click the patient’s name (highlighted in blue) to open their profile.
- On the right-hand side of the patient profile, locate the Products section.
- Find the product you want to remove.
- Click the three dots (“…”) beside the associated product.
- Select “Remove Association.”
The product will immediately be removed from the patient’s list of active products.
What Happens After Removal
- The product will no longer appear in the patient’s active products list.
- The patient will no longer see this item when placing an order online.
- Automated refill reminders tied to that product will stop.
Important Notes
- Removing an association does not delete the prescription from the patient’s file.
- If the patient has multiple prescriptions, ensure you are removing the correct product.
- This action only affects the selected product–Rx pairing. Other prescriptions and products remain unchanged.
- If a patient needs to reorder this product in the future, you will need to reassign it to the appropriate prescription.
When to Contact Support
- If the product continues to appear in the patient’s webstore after removal.
- If refill reminders continue after the association has been removed.
- If you are unable to remove the association due to system restrictions.
If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket so our team can investigate further.
